Replaced GPT-based intent routing in Hermes with Jev, which classifies intent and tool and falls back to the model below a confidence threshold.

Probando Jev de @typesafeai como router en Hermes. Antes GPT Terra interpretaba el mensaje y elegía la tool a usar (generalmente CLIs que tengo armadas). Ahora Jev clasifica el intent y la tool y, si no alcanza el nivel de confianza configurado, hace fallback al modelo
