Used Jev to pick how an AI character with memories and DNA would respond to another character, then passed that intent to an LLM for dialogue.

The original post

Experimenting with @typesafeai ’s Jev in my game. Each character is an AI agent with memories and a personality shaped by their DNA. Here, Jev uses Maya’s profile to choose how she’d respond to Kenji in 0.48s. GPT-5.6 Luna then turns that intent into dialogue. #BuldInPublic

Where this case fits

Filed under games & playable demos, agents & workflows. In the pattern Jev is built for, the model answers a bounded question per step — and ordinary code acts on the answer, because the answer is already a value rather than a paragraph. Other posts in the same family are on the games & playable demos page.
