Jev is already on OpenRouter!!

Called Jev's decisions endpoint on OpenRouter to route support messages and pick Tetris moves, returning probabilities per option.

Jev is already on OpenRouter!!

It's only been out a day and TypeSafe still has a waitlist.

OpenRouter has it though, and that's how we've been running it.

The pricing is insane. $0.042 per million tokens in, and output is free.

How to use it:

- Sign up on OpenRouter and add some credits

- Make an API key

- Call the decisions endpoint: /api/alpha/decisions

- Set the model to ~typesafe/jev-latest

- Send it a "state" (what's going on) and "questions" (what you want decided, plus the options)

ChatGPT and Claude write you an answer word by word.

Jev doesn't write at all. You give it the options and it sends back a probability for each one, plus how confident it is.

What we got:

- "My card was charged twice" went to billing, 100%, in about a second

- We hooked it up to Tetris and it picked every move in about half a second

- A whole game cost less than half a cent

Engagement when collected

Numbers are a snapshot taken from X when the case was added to the library (schema v1, collected 2026-09-19); they will not match today.
